I loved the program. Kathy and Jim were excellent! I would recommend it to anyone I know. I didn't even want to leave I am going to miss them !! :) they gave me excellent coping skills and techniques that really help you to reframe your way of thinking.

Saved my life. All the staff and doctors are so caring. Not sure i would be breathing had i not found this place. So many groups and programs for so many issues. Been going two years and definately don't plan on leaving.
